About Me

Brandon Caraballosa MS, RD, CDN, CPT

My story is simple. I love to help and I love health. I could not see myself being anything but a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer

My approach is simpler. I want to get to know the individual: your likes, dislikes, goals, history and even your motivation - what makes you tic. Once we have established this rapport, we will individualize your diet, exercise and lifestyle and packaged it specifically for you keeping the interventions grounded in up to date science

Lifestyles, cultures, medical history, work schedule and preferences are just a few examples of variable aspects of life impacting out diet and lifestyle and I want to work with your unique life to amplify your eating habits to promote a healthier you

And don’t worry, as a true foodie and exercise enthusiast, I want to make this an enjoyable for you as possible. No mean RD telling you to eat grass all day or run 42 thousand miles per week

Nutrition Counseling

Knowledge, accountability and consistency are key. Join me over video sessions where we will review your medical history, current diet and lifestyle in order to create a customized approach to achieve your goals and optimize your health

Meal Planning 

Plain and simple! What should I eat for my body to achieve my healthy goals? Let me be your calorie app and give you a tailored and descriptive breakdown of what to eat.  

Personal Training

Know what to do and how to do it properly. Join me for an initial assessment followed by weekly sessions to optimize your movement! We are able to meet via zoom or in person either at your home or a local gym open to contract trainers.

Super Market Shopping 

Lost in the aisles looking at thousands of health claims on countless products? Schedule a Shop & Learn session where we meet at your local market and learn how to choose the right products while going over the Nutrition Essentials

Exercise Programing

Sometimes all you need is direction! With exercise programming we can develop an exercise routine extended from a few weeks up to a few months where the question marks of what to do, how often to do it and how to improve go away.
